First meeting of the new Board of Directors

Rome, 18 April 2025 – Today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Autostrade per l’Italia SpA, chaired by Antonino Turicchi, appointed Arrigo Giana as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Andrea Valeri as the Company’s Deputy Chairman.
