Contractual Welfare
Our Group has enriched and activated its Corporate Welfare plan, focusing on improving work-life balance through initiatives and services that also incorporate the contribution made to the sector's National Workers' Unions with specific agreements to integrate contractual institutes, programmes dedicated to employees and their families to promote work-life balance.
In addition to the welfare plan, our Group has implemented various initiatives to satisfy and take care of the primarily social needs of its collaborators.
