Cashback is available for individuals, VAT number holders and companies who pay with electronic toll devices, cards or cash.
Register your license plate or your electronic toll device and get your cashback automatically whenever you are entitled to it.
How is my cashback calculated?
Once your delay exceeds 10 minutes due to works being conducted on the Autostrade per l'Italia network, you may be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the toll.
This table helps you calculate the cashback based on the delay accrued and the km travelled.

For example, if for a 90 km journey you accrue a 40-minute delay due to the presence of a worksite, we will refund you 75% of the toll within the Autostrade per l’Italia network.
The cashback can be paid on the toll within the Autostrade per l’Italia network in the case of worksites causing traffic congestion due to the reduction of the lanes available (excluding the emergency lane). You are not entitled to cashback in the case of worksites open for urgent safety restorations due to accidents, nor for delays caused by heavy traffic, accidents, weather events, rallies, or any other reason other than works.
