Profile Evaluation | First Interview
After receiving the applications through our website or the main recruiting channels, the recruiting team performs an initial assessment of the profiles, analysing the consistency between their professional experience, technical skills and role requirements. Then, the applicants considered in line with the requirements are contacted for a first interview, during which we explore their career path, along with their personal motivations, expectations and degree of alignment with our corporate values.

Follow-Up | Technical Interview
Based on the position you are applying for, additional follow-up meetings may be scheduled, such as technical interviews with area managers, business cases or vocational assessments. These tools allow us to assess the candidates specific preparation, problem solving approach, soft skills and ability to work in teams. Some recruitment processes may end with a final interview with management, to confirm the shared vision on objectives, working methods and growth perspectives.
