Elisabetta Oliveri

She graduated from classical high school in 1982 with a final mark of 60/60 and in 1987 she obtained a Degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Genoa with a final mark of 110/110 cum laude and recommendations for publication.

After obtaining a scholarship in Operating Systems from DEC - Digital Equipment Co., followed by an experience as a RW specialist, she started her working carrier at Marconi Plc, an Italian and international leading group in electronic communication systems for defence and Telco, where she worked from 1991 to 2001. After a career in the technical field, in which she developed a solid experience in high-tech R&D software, she was appointed manager of the “IP, Voice and Data Networks Test Division” for the Group and after that, she was appointed Senior Vice President Strategy of Marconi Mobile S.p.A.

In 2001, she joined Sirti, a leading engineering group of telecommunications networks, wired networks, installations for railway lines and local public transport and systems integration. From 2001 to 2003, she held the position of Director of ‘Strategic Planning and Business Development’, taking care of defining the company’s strategy and planning the evolutionary process in order to diversify the Group both in terms of supply and market. In 2003, she was appointed General Manager of the Group, with wider responsibilities in commercial, technical and operational fields, but also Managing Director of Sirti Progetto Reti S.p.A., Board of Directors of Sirti Sistemi S.p.A., and she continued to climb the ladder until she reached the position of CEO.

In 2011, she joined Gruppo Fabbri Vignola SpA, firstly as General Manager, and in 2012 she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group. The company, world leader in the fresh food packaging sector, with factories in Italy and Switzerland and worldwide sales both through subsidiaries and through a wide network of partners, was awarded by the SME Observatory / Global Strategy as “Excellent Company” by their profitability results achieved in the five-year period 2012-2016.

Since 2019, she has been Chairwoman of Sagat S.p.A., the management company of Turin’s “Sandro Pertini” Airport, of which she was Board of Directors in the three-year period 2016-2019.

Since May 2022, she has been Chairwoman of Autostrade per l’Italia S.p.A.

Since 2010, she has held the position of Board of Directors in important Italian and international companies.

In addition to her professional career, since 2009 she has been involved in social and solidarity engagement through her activity in the Furio Solinas Onlus Foundation, of which she is founder and Chairwoman. The Foundation is a non-profit organisation carrying out charitable and support activities for those in need, with particular attention to minors and to the community. 

She was appointed Cavaliere al Merito of the Italian Republic.

Gianluca Ricci

Gianluca is the Head of MAM’s Real Assets business in Italy and is based in Milan. Gianluca is responsible for MAM’s investment activities in infrastructure and renewable energy sectors in the region. His role involves reviewing investment opportunities, leading engagement with key stakeholders, and managing MAM’s existing portfolio of investments including Autostrade per l’Italia and Open Fiber.
Gianluca has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and joined Macquarie in 2022 from CDP Equity, the equity investment arm of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, where he was Head of Investments and Equity Portfolio Management. In this role, Gianluca oversaw investment and asset management activity for direct equity investments made by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and CDP Equity. Gianluca has previously served on the Board of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, Italy’s largest private institutional investor, and led the M&A practices of various investment banks in Italy, including HSBC among others.
Gianluca graduated in Economia and Legislazione per l’Impresa at Bocconi University in Milan with honours and attended the Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan as visiting scholar.

Roberto Tomasi

Roberto Tomasi

He graduated with honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Autostrade per l'Italia since February 2019. During his career, he has held important managerial positions both in the operations industry and as managing director in the design and construction of major investments and in the management of complex multinational companies. Upon starting his professional career, he improved his education with important experiences, including: an Executive Program at the Harvard Business School, in the USA; an International Executive Program at INSEAD, France; and a Master's degree in Finance and Project Control at SDA Bocconi in Milan.

He gained his first professional experiences in the Engineer Corps of the Italian Army, in the military vehicles division at IVECO, and then at FIAT AVIO, in the Heavy-Duty division, where he worked in an international context. In 1996, after a short period in the service of Nuovo Pignone - GE Group - he joined the ENEL Group, covering various managerial roles and gaining an experience of approximately 20 years, during which he held multiple roles of increasing responsibility.

He joined Autostrade per l'Italia in July 2015 and held the position of General Director for New Works until 2018. Since February 2019, he has been the new Chief Executive Officer of Autostrade per l'Italia, leading the process of corporate renewal and transformation.

The new corporate transformation plan is characterised by a profound "change management" programme, which entails hiring over 2900 new resources and changing the entire managerial team at the different levels of the Group.

Mr. Tomasi's management strategy aims at transforming ASPI from a pure concession holder to an integrated operator bringing about a powerful industrial transformation through multiple players:

MOVYON

is the leader in the development and integration of Intelligent Transport Systems solutions and a centre of excellence for research and innovation of the Autostrade per l'Italia Group.

TECNE

manages key engineering projects for the evolution of the network and coordinates asset design activities, works management and monitoring of the maintenance and investment plan.

FREETOX

deals with the development and provision of innovative services related to sustainable mobility and environmental sustainability.

AMPLIA

deals with the construction, maintenance, restoration and modernisation of infrastructures and the development of materials and technologies for road paving.

ELGEA

operates in the generation of clean energy by enhancing the surfaces around the motorway network and focusing on technologies and systems capable of producing renewable energy.

A great deal of effort has been put on creating a new concept of the approach to business, now based on the digitalisation of processes and assets. Finally, Mr. Tomasi is shaping a new vision of a future-oriented Company which aims to become a real operator of integrated mobility by building an industrial plan which, in addition to investments and maintenance in a medium-long term perspective, will invest in new skills to cope with the sustainable transformation of mobility, restoring Autostrade’s reputation of a national and international leading player: this will be based on a new ethics of behaviours, on transparent actions and on the ability to respect corporate commitments.

Fabio Barchiesi

Fabio is Deputy General Manager of CDP Group, Director of Development, Governance and Business at CDP Equity, the CDP Group's investment company with significant holdings in major companies with a 9.7 billion capital and is based in Rome. He is in charge of managing strategic equity projects, with particular reference to the implementation of strategic business initiatives and the management of asset portfolio governance activities. Fabio is also the CEO Staff Director and the Head of Plan Implementation Coordination and Strategic Initiatives of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the National Promotional Institution that during the current Strategic Plan (2022-2024) has activated a total of 128 billion resources for the country. In this capacity, he is in charge of managing activities related to the coordination and implementation of the Strategic Plan, reporting directly to the CEO. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the companies Autostrade per l'Italia (ASPI), Ansaldo Energia, GreenIT and is Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Fondo Italiano Tecnologia e Crescita. He attended the Executive Master in Planning, Strategy and Control at Bocconi University and the Executive Master in Business Administration at Luiss University and holds a Master's Degree in Economic Sciences - Management and Business Professions.

Sergio Buoncristiano

Sergio was a Partner at Bechtel Inc., the renowned global engineering, construction and project management company based in Reston, Virginia. As Senior Vice President of Bechtel Energy, Sergio was general manager of the global Downstream & Chemicals business unit. Prior to that, he held director of operations roles in the petrochemical and liquefied natural gas sectors, including construction management of mega projects. During the first decade of the 2000s, Sergio served as general manager, chief of staff and project manager positions.

Prior to joining Bechtel, he worked at General Electric in the Energy and Oil & Gas divisions, now known as Baker Hughes. At General Electric, Sergio held positions of increasing responsibility in technical and commercial areas, gaining significant experience in the Middle East.

Currently, Sergio provides consulting services to major international players in the field of large infrastructure projects.

Sergio holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialising in fluid dynamics and thermodynamics, from the University of Florence.

Zhiping Chen

Mr. Chen currently leads the Investment III department at Silk Road Fund, focusing on a wide range of industry verticals. From 2021 to 2023, Mr. Chen served as the head of the post-investment team at Silk Road Fund, concentrating on asset management and implementing exit strategies. Since the inception of Silk Road Fund in 2015 until 2021, Mr. Chen directed the infrastructure team, overseeing investment origination and major infrastructure acquisitions.

Before joining Silk Road Fund, Mr. Chen held the position of Deputy Director at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of China, where he was responsible for supervising the foreign exchange market and monitoring statistics related to the balance of payments, external credit, and debt.

Mr. Chen holds a Master's degree in Finance from Renmin University of China.

Fulvio Conti has a multi-industry knowledge in energy, finance, insurance, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and TLC companies from more than 40 years in Italy and abroad.

Fulvio Conti serves as Chair of FIEE SGR SpA and of SGI SpA. He is a Board member of Aon plc. He is also Partner and sole Director of FAS Partners Srl, a financial investment and advisory company in Rome, as well as a Senior Advisor to Macquarie Real Assets; he was a Board member of Barclays Bank plc, Unidad Editorial SA, RCS SpA, RBK JSP, TIM SpA and Fine Foods & Pharmaceutical NTM SpA. He was also the Chair of Telecom Italia SpA, CEO of Enel, and CFO of Montecatini SpA.

Mr Conti has successfully led multiple company transformations. As CEO of Enel, he transformed the company from a national local utility to an international leader in power and gas through a number of mergers and acquisitions. Under his leadership, Enel improved the availability and quality for Italian power market and foreign one. He implemented the incorporation and listing of Enel Green Power and the spin-off of Terna by listing it. As CFO of Montedison he played a leading role in disposing assets such as Farmitalia-Carlo Erba and Himont. As General Manager he also led the restructuring of Ferrovie dello Stato, held top management role in subsidiaries of the Group such as Metropolis (Real Estate) and Grandi Stazioni.

At the beginning Mr Conti gained extensive experience working for Mobil Oil with various responsibilities in different countries for 22 years.

Christoph Holzer

Christoph is a Managing Director, Co-Head of the Direct Infrastructure Investment team at Allianz Capital Partners in Munich and a member of its Direct Infrastructure Investment Committee. He has more than 17 years of investment experience on the private investment side across a wide variety of sectors including energy, transport and telecom infrastructure, greenfield projects as well as private equity businesses.

Christoph is responsible for origination, structuring, due diligence and execution of equity investments. He has presently the day-to-day asset management responsibility for three investments. Christoph leads the greenfield FTTH roll-out investment in Austria and spearheaded the creation of the first national FTTH platform. He is also a shareholder director and member of the board of directors of Autostrade per L’Italia, the largest Italian toll road operator, as well as a shareholder director in the board of directors of ITALO – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori S.p.A., the first private Italian high-speed rail operator.

He served in the past on the boards of NeuConnect, a company developing a greenfield electricity transmission interconnector between the UK and Germany, the UK rolling stock lessor Porterbrook Rail Finance and holding companies that own the Tideway Tunnel in London and Gas Connect Austria.

Prior to joining Allianz Capital Partners in 2008, Christoph was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance and Transaction Services division. Christoph is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Mr. Kelly is a Senior Managing Director in the Infrastructure Group and European Head of Infrastructure for Blackstone, based in London. Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Kelly has been involved in the execution of Blackstone Infrastructure’s investments in Autostrade per I’Italia (ASPI) and Mundys, while also serving on the Board of Directors for ASPI, Mundys, including Mundys’ subsidiaries Abertis and Telepass, and Phoenix Tower International. Mr. Kelly also currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Childhood Trust.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2020, Mr. Kelly was a Managing Partner at Brookfield Asset Management, where he spent over 12 years. During his time at Brookfield he worked in various global offices including in Australia, Europe and North America. His most recent role at Brookfield was as Head of Europe for Brookfield Infrastructure, as well as Global Chief Investment Officer for Data Infrastructure and Utilities. He previously served as a Director of BUUK Infrastructure, Wireless Infrastructure Group, TdF, Ascenty, Evoque Data Centers, Enwave North America, among others. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Kelly worked at CIBC World Markets.

Mr. Kelly graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in 2005.

Fabio Massoli has been Director of Administration, Finance, Control and Sustainability (CFO) and Executive responsible of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) since September 2022. In CDP since November 2015, he previously held the position of Head of Finance.

Francesca Pace graduated with honours in Law from La Sapienza University in Rome and collaborates with the professors of civil law and commercial law at that University. She worked as a trainee, attorney and lawyer at the Libonati law firm, enrolling in the Rome Bar Association in 1988 and in the Supreme Court and Higher Courts Register in 2000. From 2002 to 2006, he served as director of legal and corporate affairs at Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. He then worked at Studio Sabelli, focusing on M&A, antitrust and regulation, and since 2016 at his own firm, dealing mainly with commercial and regulatory law, contracts, litigation also as an arbitrator. She is an independent director of (i) Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. of which she is also Chairman of the Risk, Audit and Related Parties Committee and a member of the ESG & HS Committee, (ii) Aeffe S.p.A. of which she is a member of the ESRB and (iii) Xenia SpA SB of which she is chairwoman of the CPC.

She has been an independent member of the board of directors of several companies, including Snam S.p.A. where she was chairwoman of the remuneration committee and member of the risk and related parties committee, Banca Tercas, Acquedotto Pugliese S.p.A., Cassa Risparmio di Orvieto S.p.A. She is an extraordinary commissioner of Eutelia S.p.A. under extraordinary administration of which she was also judicial commissioner and special commissioner of La Perla Manufacturing S.r.L.

She is and has been judicial custodian of company shares, receiver. Author of several publications on commercial law and regulation

He started his career as a company manager in the steel industry, where he was Director of Institutional Relations from1990 to 1994 (GruppoIRI) and from 1994 to 1997 in Lucchini.

From 1997 to 2007 at Enel, where he joined as Director of Institutional Affairs and took on for Regulation and Strategies. During his time with the group, he served on the management committee, the 15,000 MW capacity sale committee, and promoted the spin-off and listing of Terna, of which he was a board member.

Andrea Valeri

Andrea Valeri is Chairman of Blackstone Italy and a Senior Managing Director. During his tenure in the Corporate Private Equity and Tactical Opportunities groups Mr. Valeri has led numerous investments including Center Parcs, JOA Group, GEMS Education, Versace, De Nora, Beauparc, Murka, SuperBet and ASPI, in addition to several financings for Blackstone Credit for which he currently also acts as Chief Investment Officer for EMEA and APAC.

Before joining Blackstone in 2005, Mr. Valeri was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, and worked at Bain & Co.

He received an MBA from Columbia University in 2001, where he graduated with Honours, and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Padua in 1996, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Valeri currently serves as a Director on the boards of ASPI, Holding Reti Autostradali, JOA Group, Murka and SuperBet.
