Declaration of Transparency

Autostrade per l'Italia is committed to ensuring that its physical and digital products and services are accessible to all. We consider it fundamental that all persons, regardless of ability, tools used or context, can effectively access the content and services offered, in accordance with the principles of equality, non-discrimination and inclusion.

At the time of publication of this declaration, the website does not yet comply with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Level A and AA, as stipulated by:

  • Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies;
  • Italian Law 4 of 9 January 2004 (Stanca Law), updated by Italian Legislative Decree 106 of 10 August 2018;
  • AgID Guidelines on the Accessibility of IT Tools (latest version);
  • Directive (EU) 2019/882 - European Accessibility Act (EAA), transposed in Italy by Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022;
  • W3C International Technical Standards.

However, a process of technical and regulatory adaptation is currently underway to ensure the progressive compliance of all sections and functionalities of all Autostrade per l'Italia touchpoints.

Ongoing Actions

The adaptation process currently being implemented will include:

  • Mapping and evaluation of existing content and functionality;
  • Technical verification according to WCAG 2.2 (levels A and AA);
  • Removal of identified barriers;
  • Training of editorial and technical staff;
  • Implementation of procedures to maintain accessibility requirements over time.
  • Regular updating of this accessibility page to document progress.
