On 5 May 2022 the acquisition of the 88.06% shareholding of the Company previously held by Atlantia was finalised by Holding Reti Autostradali and, as approved by the bondholders’ meetings in November 2021 the Atlantia guarantee on certain series of bonds has been released and the relevant modifications to certain terms of the bonds maturing in 2022, 2024 and 2025, has made effective.
