Resignation of a Director and co-option of a new Director

Rome, 14 May 2025 - Today’s meeting of Autostrade per l’Italia SpA’s Board of Directors, chaired by Antonino TURICCHI, acknowledged the resignation presented by Jonathan Grant KELLY, with effect from today’s date, and passed a resolution, approved by the Board of Statutory Auditors, co-opting Gerrit LOOTS to serve as a new member of the Board of Directors, in place of the resigning Director, Jonathan Grant KELLY.
